Most companies probably pride themselves of focusing on the quality of their products and services. However, it is one thing to be well-intentioned and something entirely different to take proactive steps. At Daniit, we take a systematic approach to quality assurance. This implies, for example, that our processes are certified to ISO 9001 standards and that we participate in a number of industrial forums.
In our view, quality is about comprising within the organisation the right attitudes and competencies, the right systems and methods and the right set-up for development and production.
Not all types of quality are quantifiable. The human factor, good chemistry and understanding of the customers' needs are difficult concepts to quantify. Nonetheless, these types of quality are also given top priority at Daniit.
