Daniit offers attractive service agreements which help our customers keep costs in connection with operational breakdowns at a minimum, not least through online connection and error detection.
Through online connections (ISDN, ADSL, VPN, analogue modem), Daniit's service engineers are linked directly to our customers' production control systems. This enables them to carry out the adjustments required online. Our service engineers of course also provide user guidance over the phone.
Daniit guarantees response and initiation of problem-solving measures within 60 minutes of receipt of hotline requests. If a problem cannot be solved by way of external access to the relevant customer's system or over the phone, our service engineers fix the problem on site at the customer's plant.
